<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently purify water in a water area by a purifying treating vessel having a purifying treating agent such as charcoal and activated carbon. CONSTITUTION:In a container 3 provided with a charcoal vessel 2 at its inside, the water at the center of the bottom part of the container 3 is heated by a heating means 5 disposed near the center of the bottom part. In this way, the water at the center of the bottom part of the container 3 is heated produce hot water, then low speed water flow is generated from the bottom part to an upper part. Therefore, the water to be treated in the water area W is purified efficiently by the charcoal vessel 2.</p> |
