PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a resonance frequency of a base block and fix at a place where vibration of a seal container is small, as well as to obtain a compact support configuration. SOLUTION: A seal type compressor has a cylindrical transverse seal container 1 internally provided with a motor and a compressor portion driven by the motor, and a base block 4 that supports the seal container 1. A fitting portion 5 to which the base block 4 is fitted is located at the place higher than the seal container lowest portion 3b on the outer end face 3a of the seal container 1. Also, the base block 4 contacts the end face 3a of the seal container and a part of the cylindrical face 3b, and fixed to the cylindrical face 3b of the seal container. |
