PURPOSE: A rotation device is provided to reduce power loss by a mechanical friction, and to reduce cost for maintenance and repairing. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rotator(2) is arranged in a rotation shaft(1) supported in lengthwise of a guide wall. The rotator comprises fixing plates(2-1,2-2), pivoting arm(3,3') and a connection bar(4). Two holes are formed in both ends of the fixing plates. The pivoting arms are pivoted with pins at holes of the fixing plates. A spring is connected between the pivoting arms and the fixing plates. A roller is connected to the free end of the pivoting arms with a pin.
