PURPOSE: Provided is an articulation curing machine which uses a thermotherapy pad to cure an articulation part of a human body firstly and permeates far-infrared ray into the articulation to promote blood circulation so that it is effective in curing arthritis. CONSTITUTION: In the articulation curing machine which surrounds each articulation part and consists of a thermotherapy pad(10) and an air tube(20), the articulation curing machine comprises the parts of: a heater which is placed inside a complex material to supply hot air to the surface of the thermotherapy pad; a radiation member(30) which radiates far-infrared ray into the articulation part from a heating tool; a pumping tool(60) which adjusts compressed air pressure within the air tube to compress the specific part of human body repeatedly by the thermotherapy pad; and a control tool which controls a switching tool(50), the heater, the heating tool and the pumping tool.
