PURPOSE: A combining structure of a lever for disjointing a latch is provided to install directly the lever on a latch assembly, to transmit the working energy of the lever to both sides in equilibrium rather than a structure for installing on a cushion frame using a mounting bracket separately, and to cut down the cost and increase the efficiency of working by reducing components. CONSTITUTION: A lever combining structure for disjointing a latch includes a confronting pin(15) formed on each pawl(14) of a latch assembly(10) placed on both sides of a cushion frame(11). Both ends of the lever having a slot(16) are formed with a bent-up unit(19), located inside of the latch assembly in parallel, and the end thereof is coupled to the pin to move respectively. A hinge hole in the middle of both ends of the lever is directly combined to a hinge pin of the latch assembly to rotate freely.
