PURPOSE: An apparatus for piling rolling rolls in three stage is provided to prevent damage of the rolling rolls or safety accidents of operator in advance by improving a piling apparatus of rolling rolls that are piled up on a roll piling rack in multistage so that they are used or stand by to be used. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for piling a lower rolling roll in the lower part of a roll piling rack(3), piling another intermediate rolling roll on the upper part of the lower rolling roll, and piling an upper rolling roll on the intermediate rolling roll, the apparatus for piling rolling rolls in three stage comprises roll laying stand parts installed on frame(3-1) of the roll piling rack(3) so that a supporting stand(4-1) is laid down on the upper part of the lower rolling roll as a rotation sleeve is being rotated inside a base according to descent of the lower rolling roll; a supporting stand part which is installed between the roll laying stand parts, and in which an open and cross control rod(100) is ascended according to ascent of upper and lower connecting rods(60,70) and links(21,23) installed perpendicularly to upper and lower bases(50,30); upper and lower rotary plate parts(80,90) installed between the roll laying stand parts and supporting stand part, and in which upper and lower rotary plates are rotated according to descent of the lower rolling roll; and a rotary plate control part installed on the outer surface of the upper rotary plate(80).
