AUTOMATIC COMPLEX FOR MAKING LEAVES OF LEAF SPRINGS

FIELD: automatization of processes of hot forging of parts, possibly manufacture of leaf springs of motor vehicles. SUBSTANCE: complex includes heating apparatus; press for trimming blank ends and for curling and sizing eyes of leaf springs; grab type transmitting apparatus and mechanisms for charging and discharging. Complex is provided with station for centering blanks in the form of body having limit switch and moving in vertical guides. Guide pin is mounted in said body for engaging with limit switch. At both sides relative to guide pin across lengthwise axis of complex supporting members are stationary mounted; guiding members movable in vertical plane are provided for moving blank. Additional pusher is also provided for moving blank. There is mechanism for lifting and lowering body and movable guiding members. EFFECT: improved design allowing to work leaf springs with thickness variable in lengthwise direction. 8 dwg
