METHOD FOR DRAWING HOLLOW SHEET PARTS AND DRAWING DIE SET

FIELD: manufacture of hollow deep parts with different configuration in plan view of sheet metal. SUBSTANCE: method is realized due to moving hazard cross section of blank towards drawing edge of lower die at using useful friction forces occurred between punch and wall of drawn part when they are forced one to another by pressure acting from side of fluoroplast sleeve; changing said pressure in proportion to punch effort during drawing process. Drawing die set includes builtup lower die having body with annular recess in lateral surface of drawing opening. Fluoroplast sleeve is placed in drawing opening and it engages with respective protrusion of drawing ring of lower die at providing necessary lock pressure at side of fluroplast sleeve. Parameters and geometry of lock unit allow to mount tooling suitable for performing the method and to determine parameters of die set. EFFECT: lowered cost of making die fitting, enhanced strength of elastically deformed sleeve, lowered labor consumption. 2 cl, 4 dwg
