FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: after grinding on cutter of solid receipt components including minced fish, fermentolyzate of rapan meat prepared according to preset technology, mussel meat, blanched rice, fresh onion, fresh carrot, black pepper and common salt, they are cut with simultaneous introduction of liquid receipt components including vegetable oil, gas- and-liquid extract of biomass of microorganisms selected from preset group, hen's eggs and fish broth or water. Prepared farce is molded in blanched cabbage leaves and conserved with preparation of desired product. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties of product with more balanced composition of nutrient substances and with increased content of biologically active substances. |
