SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supports with openings and slots, wires and rods secured on supports by means of wire retainers and rod retainers, threaded distraction devices provided with bushings mounted thereon and adapted for connecting supports and attachment members. Slots are provided at one side with toothed cuts. Bushings are positioned in support slots and equipped with faceted head having support portion and teeth extending along perimeter of outer surface. Rod retainers are made in the form of coupling with threaded legs. Apparatus is used for treating diseases and injured bones of limbs. EFFECT: simplified construction by reduced number of supporting members and simplified mounting process. 4 cl, 4 dwg
