FIELD: equipment for artificial changing of weather conditions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has high-voltage generator and electrode made of current-conductive material and connected to high-voltage generator. Electrode is arranged at some height above ground surface. Apparatus is further equipped with personal computer, as well as peak detector and direct-current amplifier, which are connected in series. Output of printer plug-and-socket unit of personal computer is connected to input of peak detector and output of direct-current amplifier is connected high-voltage generator control input. Apparatus is adapted for artificial stimulation of precipitation by influencing upon electric characteristics of clouds. EFFECT: increased efficiency in stimulating maximum possible precipitation from clouds passing above predetermined region. 1 dwg
