摘要 FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing wire with thrusting platform in the frontal plane in the top-down direction at an acute angle to longitudinal axis of the distal extremity fragment. The wire is strained in clamp. Traction force is applied by applying load acting in the proximal fragment long axis direction until anatomical state of the injured extremity fragment is achieved. Medial angular displacement of the proximal fractured femur fragment is eliminated to an angle between mechanical axis of the extremity and straight line connecting proximal articulation rotation center and the middle point of bone width in the position of the bone wound in some particular cases. Medial angular displacement of distal fractured femur fragment is eliminated to an angle between mechanical axis of the extremity and long axis of the bone in another particular case. Lateral angular displacement of both fractured femur fragments are eliminated by reducing traction force at the moment of bone deformity elimination in one more particular case. Angular displacement of tibia splitters in frontal plane is removed by changing traction force direction in moving aside the point of tension rope attachment to the clamp in the direction opposite to distal bone wound fragment displacement direction by a value that is calculated from a formula m = 2bsin(ϕ/2), where b is the distance from this point to bone wound, ϕ - is the angular displacement of the distal fragment. Angular displacement of the femur tibia splitters in sagittal plane is removed by aligning traction force direction with biomechanical extremity axis in another particular case. Angular displacement of long bone is eliminated by moving traction system unit by a value calculated from formula e = atgϕ, where a is the distance from bone wound to the unit and ϕ - is the distal fragment displacement.
