FIELD: technology of producing food products for adaptation of organism in stress situation. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing fruit-and-berry juice of sublimation drying, glucose, food soluble potassium salt, anticaking agent, pectin and preparation from Pythium ultimum. Said preparation is prepared by successive extraction of biomass of Pythium ultimum by nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, by water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water. Then the first extract is combined with solid residue. Preparation is introduced in terms of chitosan content in amount not more half of pectic content. EFFECT: simplified technology; increased content of immuno-stimulating substances in final product.
