FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting ring placed inside of collar member, dome-shaped body with movable leaflets. All valve parts are manufactured as a whole from organosilicon resin. The supporting ring is optionally polymerized to elastic hardness, provided with dowels and has circular, square or rectangular cross-section. Notches are produced allover the supporting ring perimeter. Flexible woven fabric ring having high adhesive capacity to valve body material is put on over the supporting ring. Fibers of the fabric ring are arranged along the supporting ring circle and in perpendicular relation to the supporting ring plane. The ring is covered with X-ray contrast medium. EFFECT: avoided blood cell injuries; minimized thrombus formation; noiseless valve operation. 11 cl, 7 dwg
