PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition which has improved fire retardancy as well as excellent fluidity suitable to form a thin film, and which shows improved balance of physical properties such as shock resistance, heat stability, heat resistance, workability, and appearance. CONSTITUTION: The composition consists of (A) 40-95 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin; (B) 1-50 parts by weight of graft copolymer obtained by graft polymerizing (b1) 5-95 parts by weight of monomer mixture consisting of (b11) 50-95 parts by weight of styrene, alpha-methyl styrene, halogen or methyl ring-substituted styrene, C1-C8 alkyl ester methacrylate, C1-C8 alkyl esters acrylate, or mixture thereof, and (b12) 5-50 parts by weight of acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, C1-C8 alkyl ester methacrylate, C1-C8 alkyl ester acrylate, maleic anhydride, C1-C4 alkyl or phenyl N-substituted maleimide or mixture thereof, to (b2) 5-95 parts by weight of polymer selected from butadiene rubber, acryl rubber, ethylene/propylene rubber, styrene/butadiene rubber, acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer(EPDM), polyorganosiloxane/polyalkyl(meth)acrylate rubber composite, or a mixture thereof; (C) 0.5-50 parts by weight of vinyl copolymer or a mixture thereof obtained by copolymerizing (c1) 50-95 parts by weight of styrene, alpha-methyl styrene, ring-substituted styrene, C1-C8 alkyl ester methacrylate, C1-C8 alkyl esters acrylate, or mixture thereof, and (c2) 5-50 parts by weight of acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, C1-C8 alkyl ester methacrylate, C1-C8 alkyl esters acrylate, maleic anhydride or mixture thereof; (D) 0.5-50 parts by weight of maleimide-based copolymer; (E) 1-30 parts by weight of phosphoric ester compound of the formula; and (F) 0.05-5 parts by weight of fluorinated polyolefin resin with respect to 100 parts by weight of base resins (A)+(B)+(C)+(D). |
