PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a various service providing system by which a user can request a service and receive the service while looking at the face of an opposite party. SOLUTION: The various-service providing system includes; a user side videophone; a service provider side videophone; a monitor television receiver with a phone function placed at an information center side; and a multi-point connector capable of conducting a simultaneous speech among a user, a service provider and the information center, and the operating flowchart of the system includes; a step of making a speech by way of the monitor television receiver at the information center side and the multi-point connector and making a videophone call from the user to the information center; a step of informing the information center about a name or a membership number by the user and exhibiting the membership card; a step of inquiring of the user about a business by the information center side and making a videophone call to a various-service provider by the information center side; a step of making a speech between the various-service provider and the user; and a step of providing the service to the user from the service provider. |
