PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on readers for understanding and interpreting contents as set forth in a claim. SOLUTION: An abstract indication column 14 separately preparing an abstract having major words indicating the frame of the sentence prepared from sentences in the claim as set forth in an official gazette and modifiers on the major words and indicating the abstract and a modifier indication column 15 indicating the modifiers are provided in a paper piece or a display to reduce the load on the readers for understanding and interpreting the contents as set forth in the claim.
