PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate input device of high detection precision high in transparency. SOLUTION: In this transparent coordinate input device, two sheets of upper and lower electrode sheets having a plurality of transparent electrodes arrayed in parallel on one side face of a transparent film are arranged to make electrode sides thereof directed to an inside, and to make the transparent electrodes orthogonal-directional each other with a transparent adhesive layer therebetween.
