<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a plant operation having a gasification furnace, capable of automatically performing the change of an operational state of the plant including the gasification furnace safely and surely, and a device for controlling the plant operation. SOLUTION: This device for controlling the plant operation, having the gasification furnace is to perform a gas conversion of a raw material to a gas. The operation control device is equipped with a simulation device 40 for calculating and outputting each of the operational amounts (such as a raw material feeding amount, oxygen-blowing in amount, steam-blowing in amount, etc.), in the case of becoming a steady state supposedly after changing the plant in a desired operational state by a simulation, and a monitor and regulation device 20 for taking in various operational amounts calculated and outputted by the simulation device 40 and changing the current various operational amounts at each prescribed timing so as to become the various amounts calculated and outputted by the simulation device 40.</p> |
