SOLUTION: A first regulator circuit 22 is disposed at the front stage of a signal processing circuit 9. The regulator circuit 22 captures a regulating voltage VK output from an external regulator circuit 2, and generates a first voltage VA in response to an output level of a CCD image sensor 3. A signal processing circuit 9 receives the first voltage VA, and operates to process the predetermined signal to the image signal Y(t) output from the sensor 3.
