摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that two separated sensors are hard to be synchronously actuated so as to detect a chip by one sensor and detect front and back surfaces of the chip and mark by the other sensor when the chip is segregated and aligned during carrying, and that difference between a silver electrode portion of the chip having strong reflected light and a base element portion and the mark having weak reflected light is hard to be correctly read. SOLUTION: A detected and measured threshold value of a sensor S detecting and measuring reflected light is established at an extremely low degree. The sensor S is established not to read reflected light of a silver electrode portion 4 of a chip t and to read the reflected light not more than the reflection light of the silver electrode portion 4. By using one sensor S simultaneously outputting output 1 and output 2, a base body portion 2 and a mark 3 are read at not more than a threshold by the output 1, and at the same time, the mark 3 in the base body portion 2 is read by the output 2 having a threshold established to be lower than the threshold of the output 1. And simultaneously, the output 2 sends an ON/OFF signal of a chip discharging means.
