PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which has a transparent appearance, excellent usability such as good spreadability and good adhesiveness, when coated on a lip or the like, has gloss and its durability, when coated, and has excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic is characterized by containing 12- hydroxystearic acid, and a dimer acid ester and/or a hydrogenated dimer acid ester.
