PURPOSE: A wind power and hydro-electric power generating system is provided to generate electrical energy without causing environmental contamination, while reducing construction costs. CONSTITUTION: A wind power and hydro-electric power generating system comprises a water reservoir tower(2) including an upper water reservoir(1) and a lower water reservoir(3); a water wheel(4); a turbine(6); a generator(7); an outlet port(8); a boosting port(9); a wind wheel(10); a compressor(11); a pipeline(12); a wind wheel(13); and a compressed air storing unit. The water contained in the lower water reservoir is lifted by the rotation force of one of the wind wheels installed on the water reservoir tower. Thus-lifted water circulates together with the water contained in the upper water reservoir. The compressor rotates by the rotation force of the other wind wheel so as to adjust hydraulic power for rotating the turbine, thus generating electrical energy. |
