PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve electric characteristics by connecting an organic electro-luminescence layer with a negative electrode layer through opening portions within an interlayer dielectric and forming a protective layer on the negative electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of the first electrodes(22) are formed on a transparent substrate(21). A plurality of organic electro-luminescence layers(24) are formed on the first electrodes(22). An interlayer dielectric layer(25) is formed on the organic electro-luminescence layers(24). A plurality of opening portions(27) are formed within the interlayer dielectric(25) in order to expose the organic electro-luminescence layers(24). The opening portions(27) is perpendicular to the first electrodes(22). A plurality of the second electrodes are formed on the interlayer dielectric(25). The second electrodes are electrically connected to the organic electro-luminescence layers(24) through the opening portions(27). A protective layer(29) is formed on the second electrode layers.
