PURPOSE: An electronic sensing apparatus is provided to be capable of diagnosing an inner state of a power equipment by measuring partial discharge current at an outer surface of the power equipment. CONSTITUTION: A core(101) forms a principal body of a unit sensor and is used to wind a coil. A winding coil(102) is wound at the core and induces abnormal current generated in a power equipment. A low-frequency current eliminating filter(103) is installed at one side of the winding coil, and absorbs low-frequency current flowing on a surface of the power equipment. A terminal(104) is connected to both ends of the winding coil, and transfers a current signal induced on the winding coil to an external measuring device(105). The current signal measuring device measures the current signal transferred through the terminal.
