PURPOSE: A transmitter, a receiver, an interleaving method and a deinterleaving method are provided to interleave a source data stream by an interleaver pattern. CONSTITUTION: Interleavers(300,310,320) interleave a source data stream by an interleaver pattern. Each of the interleavers(300,310,320) accesses a mother interleaver pattern, and accesses an interleaver parameter. Each of the interleavers(300,310,320) modifies the mother interleaver pattern by the interleaver parameter, and applies the modified interleaver pattern in a transmitter for interleaving the source data stream. The interleaver parameter used by the transmitter for modifying the mother interleaver pattern is simultaneously used by at least another transmitter which transmits data at the same time on the same channel.
