PURPOSE: A motor-operated valve is provided to simplify constitution, facilitate manufacture and attachment, reduce the expenses, change a fixed position of a stopper member, and increase the fixing strength. CONSTITUTION: A motor-operated valve is equipped with a valve body(20) which adjusts a passage flow of fluid by a valve element(23) which is brought into contact with and separated from a valve seat(22) in a valve chest(21); a can(40) which incorporates a rotor(30) secured to the valve body to bring the valve element into contact with and to separate from the valve seat; and a stator(50) which is externally fitted to the can to rotate the rotor. The valve body has fluid inlet/outlet tubes(20a,20b), and the stator has an engaging hole to be engaged with the can. A turning stopper member(59), which has two arm parts to engage with the fluid inlet/outlet tube extending horizontally, is secured to a lower part of the stator at a plurality of portions. Therefore, plural attachment holes are bored at the turning stopper member. Plural projections inserted in the attachment holes are formed at the lower part of the stator and the projections are selectively inserted into the attachment holes.
