PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the thermal efficiency of the whole of a heating system and reduce the consumption of energy by recovering the heat included in exhaust air after ventilation efficiently in a highly adiabatic and airtight residence provided with an active ventilation equipment. SOLUTION: The heat included in exhaust air after ventilation is absorbed by the heat absorption section 8 of a heart recovery device 5 and sent to a heat sinking section 7. The heat recovered to the heat sinking section 7 is accumulated in the heat accumulation section 2 provided under floor through a heat sinking passage 19, and is used as a heat source for heater.
