PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized sound reproducing device which is easily set such that sound can be emitted from a speaker without requiring a large amount of effort and time, and also, in which a connecting cord for a sound signal input, a connecting code for speaker connection, etc., never get entangled with each other. SOLUTION: This small-sized sound reproducing device is provided with a small-sized sound reproducing machine main body 2 and a speaker device 3 configured with the sound reproducing machine main body 2 freely attachable and detachable. The sound reproducing machine main body 2 is provided with a sound signal output terminal 17 for outputting a sound signal. The speaker device 3 is provided with left and right speaker units 23 and 24 for generating sound, a connecting part 20 to which the left and right speaker units 23 and 24 are connected in a movable state, an amplifier circuit 25 for amplifying a sound signal inputted from the sound reproducing machine main body 2 side, and a sound signal input terminal 27 capable of being connected directly to the main body side sound signal output terminal 17 of the sound reproducing machine main body 2 when the sound reproducing machine main body 2 is attached.
