PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily conduct the inspection work of pipe welding part. SOLUTION: Half annulus support beams 14 and 15 are attached to cone supports 16 and 17 and side plates 12 and 13 are detachably attached to the support beams 14 and 15 with pins 18 and 19. To the side plates 12 and 13, a half cylindrical bottom 11 is attached, and to the bottom 11, a radiation incidence position indication hole 26 is provided. From the pins 18 and 19, bobs 22 and 23 are hung via strings 20 and 21. To the side plate 12 and 13, centering marks 24 and 25 are provided. In the state that the outer surface of the side plate 13 is touched to the end of a welding part 2 and the radiation incidence position indication hole 26 is positioned vertically below the bottom 11, the radiation incidence position indication hole 26 is placed at the position where irradiation center line passes the center point of the welding part 2 of a heat conduction pipe 1 and the radiation incidence position indication hole 26.
