PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which outputs various information in voice that a user desires. SOLUTION: This system which provides sound source data for outputting a voice for the user is equipped with a means which inputs voice data, a phoneme analyzing means which analyzes the voice data to generate phoneme information showing constitution units of the voice and partial voice information corresponding to the phoneme information, a generating means for the sound source data including the partial voice information corresponding to the phoneme information, and a providing means for providing the sound source data.
