PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single cell, a cell plate, a solid electrolytetype fuel cell and a manufacturing method of the single cell wherein electrical bonding is superior because of a high adhesive force between a supporting substrate and battery elements (especially an electrode), wherein electric power is efficiently collected from the battery elements, and further wherein downsizing is possible because of thin-film formation of the battery elements. SOLUTION: This is the single cell in which a porous material substrate is installed at the battery element comprised by pinching the solid electrolyte with an air electrode and a fuel electrode and in which the electrode is embedded and installed in the porous material substrate. This is the single cell in which the porous material substrate is installed at the battery element comprised by pinching the solid electrolyte with the air electrode and the fuel electrode, and all of the electrode and a part of the solid electrolyte are embedded and installed in the porous material substrate. The single cell is manufactured by making the battery element part constituted by including a green sheet, a slurry and a paste or the like composed of the solid electrolyte material, an electrode material and an organic vehicle tightly attach and contact with the porous material substrate, and by calcining them. |
