SOLUTION: A general management server 100 to be the card information processor is provided with a communication control part 130 for receiving information concerned with points given to a user from a user's client device or an individual management server of a card company through a network by utilizing information concerned with the sort of each card owned by the user or the card itself, a privilege information DB 115 for storing privilege information for specifying privilege allowed to be acquired by the points and a privilege determination part 145a for determining privilege allowed to be acquired by the user on the basis of the information concerned with the sort of each card or the information concerned with the points received by the communication control part 130 and the privilege information stored in the DB 115.
