PURPOSE: A retaining wall, slope, underground water gauge with perforated drainpipe is provided to heighten stability of a retaining wall and a slope, to prevent from stopping by impurities and to gauge underground water easily. CONSTITUTION: The retaining wall, slope, underground water with perforated drainpipe comprises: a perforated drainpipe made with synthetic resin and provided with many drainage holes; a coupling connecting perforated drainpipes longitudinally; an impurities stopping cap(8) provided with a drainage hole(7) coupled to the front and back of the perforated drainpipe; and a soil stopper(3) coupled to the outside of the perforated drainpipe by a binding/fixing instrument(4).
