PURPOSE: A pile cutting device containing a fix-installed cutter between a weaving part and a rolling part is provided. The pile cutting device is capable of reducing labor, working hours and the cost. CONSTITUTION: The pile cutting device(1) on a weaving machine is comprised of: a channel type holding frame(2) formed a guiding groove(21) in the length direction; a "T" type cutter bracket(3) installed on the guiding groove(21) in accordance with an interval of a pile part; a "L" type cutter housing(4) installed on both ends of the cutter bracket(3); a guiding part(41) of pile yarn formed on an end of the cutter housing(4); a groove formed on an upper part of the cutter housing(4); and a cutter(5) inserted into the groove of the cutter housing(4).
