PURPOSE: A vehicle engine control method is provided to achieve improved driveability of vehicle by increasing the amount of accelerating fuel under a high humidity condition. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle engine control method comprises a first step(S100,S110) of converting and calculating the air flow signal input from the air flow sensor into filling efficiency, when the vehicle engine starts; a second step(S120,S130) of judging whether it is a high humidity condition by differentiating the filling efficiency signal obtained in the first step; and a third step(S140,S150) of increasing the amount of accelerating fuel and performing control for prevention of decelerating fuel, if it is judged as a high humidity condition in the second step.
