PURPOSE: A power-on downshift learning control system is provided to control of the early hydraulic pressure of a clutch hydraulic at releasing side optimally to maintain rpm(revolution per minute) at combining point of time. CONSTITUTION: A control system for power on-down shift learning comprises a throttle position sensor(1) sensing the opening degree of a throttle valve; an oil-temperature sensor(3) sensing oil temperature of a transmission; an engine rpm sensor(5) sensing rpm of an engine; a first pulse generator(7) sensing rpm of a turbine; and a second pulse generator(9) sensing a rotation frequency of an output shaft; TCU(transmission control unit) impressing the sensing signal of the throttle position sensor, the oil-temperature sensor, and the engine rpm sensor, the first pulse generator and the second pulse generator; a solenoid at coupling side controlled by TCU; and a solenoid at releasing side controlling hydraulic pressure at releasing side(13).
