PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle group traveling controller capable of reducing burdens on a driving operation. SOLUTION: This vehicle group traveling controller is loaded on a vehicle so as to perform arrayed traveling by a vehicle group, transmits control information such as a speed and an acceleration of a present vehicle to the outside in the case that the present vehicle is a leading vehicle in the vehicle group, and receives the control information of the leading vehicle in the vehicle group and controls the car speed of the present vehicle on the basis of the control information in the case that the present vehicle is a following vehicle in the vehicle group. Also, information for display such as a vehicle registration number of the present vehicle and a destination is transmitted to the outside and the similar information for the display is received from the other vehicles. Then, the information for the display regarding the vehicle in front of the present vehicle among the constituting vehicles of the vehicle group to which the present vehicle belongs is displayed on a display device 32a provided on a meter panel of the driver's seat (figure 4(d)). Thus, a driver can confirm presence/absence of the vehicle to follow on the display device 32a and the burdens on the driving operation are reduced.
