PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral gasket for a water work meter provided with both of a sealing function between a glass plate and a resister box and a distortion generation preventing function in threadedly fixing an upper part case. SOLUTION: The integral gasket 8 sealing the glass plate 7 covering an upper surface of the resister box 4 having a flow accumulating gear mechanism part 5 and an indicating part 6 therein is composed of a plastic ring shaped flat plate part 81 and an elastic body 82 such as rubber integrally attached therewith. Projecting parts 83 are formed on plural parts of circumference of the flat plate part 81 and the integral gasket 8 is pressed into a recess part 41 of a circumference edge part of the resister upper surface to be installed on the resister box 4.
