PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing a seal member from sticking out of a bearing surface of a fastening member on fastening, in a fastening tool having the fastening member and the seal member placed on the bearing surface of the fastening member. SOLUTION: In this fastening tool having a fastening member and a seal member placed on a bearing surface of the fastening member, a recessed portion is provided as a means for preventing the seal member from sticking out of the bearing surface at fastening. The recessed portion is inclined so that it gets deeper toward the center portion of the bearing portion of the fastening member.
