PURPOSE: A blanking press system is provided which is operated along with the upper die cutting steel at one side of upper and lower die cutting steels mounted on upper and lower dies respectively inside a blanking press die to cut a coil material so as to simultaneously suppress burr generation of coil and reduce cutting noise. CONSTITUTION: In a blanking press system comprising a lower die cutting steel(1) upwardly mounted on one side of a lower die(3); an upper die cutting steel(11) that is downwardly mounted on one side of an upper die(7) correspondingly to the lower die cutting steel so that the upper die cutting steel cuts a coil material(10) injected between the lower and upper dies together with the lower die steel with the upper die cutting steel being connected to descent operation of the upper die; and a coil lifting means(13) that is installed at one side of the lower die correspondingly to the upper die cutting steel to lift the front end of the coil material cut by the upper and lower die cutting steels to the upper part of the lower die cutting steel, the blanking press system is characterized in that the coil lifting means comprises a lower die pad(15) arranged at one side of the lower die cutting steel correspondingly to the upper die cutting steel; and a coil spring(17) interposed between the lower die pad and lower die to provide the lower die pad with force of restitution.
