PURPOSE: Provided is a personal descending device for emergency which uses a balloon swollen from a gas generator and a safety belt to induce users to descend safely in emergency so that it improves convenience and safety in use. CONSTITUTION: The personal descending device for emergency comprises the parts of: a gas generator(10) which contains a gas generating agent to release a safety pin and presses a switch to ignite a fuse and fire propellant for generating gas; and a main body(20) in which an oval balloon(21) is placed at the upper part of the gas generator and weaved from synthetic resins to expand to certain volume by filling the generated gas, a wire(24) is connected to a fixed member and a connection member(23) at one edge respectively and a belt(25) is worn at users' waist at the edge of the wire.
