PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment allowing communication function and other tests in which equipment ID must be used to be advanced even if a read equipment ID indicates an abnormal value due to failure to write or other reasons, and a test apparatus and a test method for electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In this electronic equipment, a self equipment ID can be transmitted to an external communication destination based on a specified communication protocol. The equipment comprises a first ID storage means for storing a first ID re-writable from the outside, a second ID storage means for storing a specified second ID, a reading ID selection means for selecting either of the first ID and second ID as a read ID, an ID transmission means for transmitting the read ID as an equipment ID, a write ID input means for inputting an ID written as the first ID from the outside as the write ID, an ID write indication input means for inputting the ID write instruction of the write ID from the outside, and an ID write means for writing the write ID according to the ID write instruction. |
