PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device having a stroboscope efficiently emitting light. SOLUTION: This image pickup device for picking up the image of a subject is equipped with 1st and 2nd light emitting bodies emitting light to the subject, an image pickup unit picking up the image of the subject by receiving the reflected light of emitted light from at least either the 1st or the 2nd light emitting body, and a light emission control unit controlling at least either the 1st or the 2nd light emitting body. The light emission control unit controls the light emitting body in compliance with an image pickup condition required when the image pickup unit picks up the image of the subject. |
