PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a liner board for a corrugated fiberboard, scarcely causing cracking of corrugation, nor splitting thereof, nor breaking thereof, when the corrugation is given by corrugating rolls, capable of preventing the corrugating rolls from being abraded, capable of decreasing an amount of consumed driving electrical power and noise, capable of uniformly and efficiently applying wax to the liner board, and capable of preventing equipment, such as a paper machine, from being stained. SOLUTION: This method for producing the liner board for the corrugated fiberboard comprises applying the wax to the liner board by using the paper machine equipped with two or more groups of driers, wherein a fluid dispersion of the wax is sprayed on the surface of a drier C8 by a sprayer (S), the sprayed wax is molten on the surface of the drier C8, and the surface of the drier is pressed and attached on the liner board 100, so that the molten wax is transferred to the liner board 100 from the surface of the drier C8. |
