PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron reflector capable of preventing water leakage in the neutron reflector. SOLUTION: Recessed parts 25a are formed on the surface of a neutron reflector ring block 20a, which forms the neutron reflector, in a ring shape more outside than a rod hole 21 and a communicating hole 22. A protruding parts 25b are formed in a ring shape on the back surface of a neutron reflector ring block 20b at a positions so as to meet the recessed parts 25a. The recessed parts 25a of the neutron reflector ring block 20a and the protruding parts 25b of the neutron reflector ring block 20b are layered so as to be engaged. These recessed parts 25a and the protruding parts 25b are formed at the neutron reflector ring blocks (20a-20h). This engagement structure is used as a resistance of a water flow passage at the boundary of the neutron reflector ring blocks (20a-20h).
