PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain structure capable of surely draining rainwater or the like without being collected in a draining structure. SOLUTION: This drain structure 30 is to be set in the draining structure 20 comprising a sloped bottom surface 21 surrounded by an inner wall surface 22 and a drain port 23 formed in the slope lower part of the bottom surface 21. This drain structure 30 comprises a strainer 30 for covering the drain port 23; a raised part 35 raided along at least a part of the inner wall surface 22; and a slope part 40 provided between the raised part 35 and the strainer 31 to have a down drainage slope from the upper end of the raised part 35 to the strainer 31. Accordingly, the water is never collected between the inner wall surface 22 of the slope lower end part and the drain port 23, and the water on the slope part 40 can be surely discharged.
