PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method of culvert structure capable of facilitating the construction from an inner wall side to a concrete structure, particularly, a culvert structure, improving the shear yield strength after construction, and further significantly reducing the cost with a shortened period of works. SOLUTION: This method comprises forming an elliptic hole 2 for inserting a shear reinforcing member from the reinforcing surface of the concrete structure or the inner wall surface of the culvert structure to the inner part, inserting the shear reinforcing member 13 to the elliptic hole 12, and filling a remaining cavity 4 with a filler 6 followed by solidifying.
