PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane composition and a polyurethane elastic fiber stabilized against discoloration and deterioration with nitrogen oxide (NOX) and having high chlorine resistance. SOLUTION: The polyurethane composition and polyurethane elastic fiber comprise (a) a hindered amine compound, (b) a phenolic antioxidant, (c) a phosphorous ester antioxidant and (d) an inorganic chlorine deterioration inhibitor respectively having a specific structure.
