PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick-setting water-resistant adhesive of two-pack separate application type having an assembly time of as long as e.g. about 3 min or over, high initial adhesive strength and practically satisfiable adhesive strength. SOLUTION: The quick-setting water-resistant adhesive composition of two- pack separate application type is composed of (A) the 1st liquid composed of an isocyanate compound and an emulsion containing a polymeric compound having acetoacetyl group and an acidic substance (the pH of the 1st liquid is 1.0-4.0) and (B) the 2nd liquid composed of an aqueous solution or emulsion containing 0.1-50 wt.% hydrazine compound.
